I have been a marketing communication strategist and creative director for over thirty years. My experience includes corporate, hi-tech, industrial, healthcare, financial services, building trade, and consumer.

As a testament to my leadership skills, I've successfully built two companies, The Gorman Group and Integrated Marking Concepts. My primary focus has been guiding creative teams from initial concept to the final creative output, a journey that has been marked by numerous successful collaborations with a diverse range of clients.

 I have enjoyed overseeing brand communication platforms in several industries, including local and global campaigns.

International experience includes Cookson plc (England), Fraunhofer (Germany), Hoechst Chemical, FabricolorVuos (Czech Republic), Ini-nouvm (Sweden), The Czech Republic Marathon, and Treadway Resorts International.

I created Mllc, an association of independent creative thinkers from various marketing disciplines: advertising, design, PR/media, social media, web marketing, etc. I enjoy this network working with many top professionals in the marketing and creative industry.
